High-quality colour laser printing at an affordable cost

The Kyocera P6021cdn colour printer is a colour laser printer that provides small offices and workgroups with a full colour printing experience but at a fraction of the cost of a traditional laser printer.

It achieves this by using a state of the art printhead which prints up to 9600 dpi using multi-bit technology. Most printers increase dpi to provide higher definition images, this not only increases the cost of the printer, it uses more toner.

The Kyocera P6021cdn uses multi-bit technology which varies the amount of toner used to create each dot on the page. Each microscopic dot can be up to 16 different shades, which not only produces more realistic colour images, it reduces the amount of toner used. The result is higher definition images at a cheaper cost.

Only use genuine Kyocera or approved Xerox replacement cartridges

To maintain the quality of your printer's output you should only use genuine Kyocera or Xerox toner cartridges which are tested for use with Kyocera printers. Only these cartridges use toner which is designed for the Kyocera multi-bit printhead. Aftermarket toner cartridges will not be able to take advantage of this technology and will result in impaired image quality and increased toner use.

By selecting Xerox replacement cartridges you can save up to 25% compared to using genuine Kyocera cartridges, without any loss of print quality or voiding your printer's warranty. In some cases Xerox cartridges outperform the originals. For example, the Xerox colour cartridge for your Kyocera P6021cdn can print up to 4100 pages, while the genuine Kyocera colour cartridge prints just 2800 pages.

Regardless of which cartridge you choose, they can both be recycled using their respective approved recycling programs. This helps reduce the environmental impact of your printing and limits the amount of waste sent to landfill.
